Since in the State of Israel there is still no construction standard for exterior walls based on cement, uncertainty has been created about how to build and with what to build ... So I decided not to wait for a repair and after many years in the field I learned that once there is an existing system. There will be no mistakes - in addition, the manufacturer takes responsibility and all we have left is to follow the manufacturer's instructions in order to be successful and get an exterior wall that will last for decades. Important emphases on the construction phase !!!
1. The extras are 0.8 mm thick and not 0.5 mm which is a profile of normal thickness.
2. Minimum space between the extras 40 cm from each other, preferably 30 cm (as in the video)
3. The screws for the bin and plaster are drill-type screws
The materials in the video are a complete system that the manufacturer (Orbond Knauf) provides for the creation of the wall and they include:
1. Aqua panels and cement-based exterior panel
2. Gray outer cementitious layer (Basecoat)
3. Gray Soup for Aqua Panel
4. Interglass mesh 15 cm + interglass mesh 100 cm
4. Thermo-acoustic earth wool insulation - Mineral Plus insulation
