Never trust the percentage. If running weight is 1320, your tolerance should be 6 grams (aka 0.5% ) for target fore-aft, lateral, amd cross weight. After you determine the weight placement to get it balanced the way you want, before you hit the trwck the cross should ideally be 50-50 or your car would act funny. Dynamically, the cross and the fore-aft dominates. You could have the lateral off a bit but if the cross is ok, it will still drive fine. But if your cross is off, forget it.
If you're using aluminum or titanium screws in the bottom, replacing with steel screws is simpler..
