Wow this comment really blew up. I appreciated all the comments. For the record, I have nothing against fat people if they practice a healthy lifestyle. But I do believe that there is a standard when it comes to obesity. I was once an obese boy with a weight of 98kg (216 lbs) at the age throughout my life until the age of 17. I was bullied into it and I was bullied through it. But then I started to realize that maybe I can shut people up for once when I lose weight. And that I did. Every afternoon after school I would exercise and jog. I made sure to measure my calorie intake and stay away from fast food. Throughout all the pain and torment, I can say it was worth it. My weight is now 70kg (154 lbs) and I feel better than ever.
So for those who are going through their fat-loss journey. Keep going. Don't let social media or anyone decide your decision. You are what makes your own person.

The "Be yourself" Philosophy is now being used to justify shortcomings and bad qualities.
It's always been used to justify failure and unhealthy choices. Not pursuing a good job to "follow your dreams", having children out of wedlock, etc. It's just reached a point where more and more people are uncomfortable with the extreme that has been reached.

I've lost so much weight. I figure I've lost almost a hundred pounds and I've still got a ways to go. My back hurts less now I feel better about myself. I would lose a lot more if I could go to the gym but they're closed for covid currently.
