- For my Presets visit: johnnathancordy.gumroad.com/ I've decided Sire make the best guitars that I've played in the sub £500 price range (quite easily) and definitely punch way above their weight. Here's my very first time playing the Sire T7 - which is (obviously) their take on a Telecaster, with a bit more of a modern twist at the neck join.

This preset is "EricHeftLead"...and "PolyphiaStomp" is what I'm using in the bits of the video where there's no backing.

As usual, beautiful playing John, but already owning a beautiful US made Tele, can't see just duplicating that one, but I certainly think that getting the Sire T7 FM versions with all its varied and expanded sonic possibilities seems like a great choice.
Killer playing. I have a mexican strat but i dont have a tele type guitar, you make this Sire so tempting.
Good honest review John. I own the exact same and find it difficult to put down - definitely a keeper. The neck pickup is definitely worth a mention, so good it actually gets used!

And I use a stomp for all my session work at the moment. Are there any plugins that you would suggest I buy and/or IR packs you suggest I get to continue improving the tones I’m getting? Man I can't wait for these to be available in the states. Such a sweet guitar, hungry for the red one. I've never had a Fender Tele myself but had a nice 90's squire as a kid, how does this compare sound wise to an actual Fender Tele? I know the pickups are made in house so I don't really know what to expect. Thanks!
I wonder how a Freeway 6 position switch would sound on that. Crazy on the 10 position Strat switch. Perhaps I'll hack the top horn on the strat ha. Wish Sire made a 3 pick up Nashville Tele. With a trem...

I only wish they would offer up their single coil T7 with the flame maple top. Unfortunately those are only in the dual humbucker style.
