Apparently there were three traitors, not just one. The traitor was You, who was unable to be the hero the world needed, Ava, who was the only one who had a halfway-effective plan when the Foretellers' organization was deliberately designed to fail, and The Master, who made sure his disciples would turn against each other and fail.
He did the opposite; he didn't make sure that there was no way for Assad to ruin everything/make his plan fail but if assad just died like he should've it would've likely worked out well At 45 minutes although I can't see my evaluation changing drastically within the remaining time without it being obvious
Idk why, Ive watched this movie several times, but I think I know what will be inside the black box: Ava. Obviously I will never be sure until I literally see it in a Kingdom Hearts game, but I think Ava must be inside the black box, maybe not literally, but she has to be there somehow. Several points led me to this conclusion: 1st: after watching the scenes where the MoM gives the roles to his apprentices, the MoM only talks seriously to Ava. 2nd: He considers Ava to be the only "HOPE" (51:46), then he approaches to her, and she asks again "Hope"? 3rd: In Kingdom Hearts 3, Luxord (in one of the last scenes of Pirates of the Caribbean) tells Sora that the box contains "HOPE". 4th: Finally, in the secret epilogue of Kingdom Hearts 3, all the foretellers reunite with Luxu in the Keyblade Graveyard except Ava, something that really do not surprise Luxu that much.
Ira (The Unicorn) Invy (The Snake) Aced (The Bear) Gules (The Leopard) Ava (The Fox) Luxu/Braig (Probably the Wolf) Master of Masters (Probably the Lion) Seven dark pieces, seven deadly sins (Just like Nanatsu No Tazai)
If Ira is wrath, Invi is envy, Aced is sloth, Gula is gluttony, Ava is greed, and Luxu is lust; then the Master of Masters is pride. Get it like a heard of lions which is called a pride. Wait, Sora was originally gonna’ be a lion. Is this evidence that Sora is MoM?
So from what I can tell, there was no traitor at all, but the Master of Masters stated there was in order to make his apprentices distrust one another to facilitate the plot to begin the Keyblade War, right?
Hannibal Rasberry After I just finished rewatching it I was getting that same feeling too I had a feeling the Master had started the Keyblade War but what I don't understand is why?
The Master also planted the whole idea that enough keyblades weilders could prevent this coming war, when in fact if they didn’t create and train so many weilders, there couldn’t have been a keyblade war. The Master of Masters reminds me of the Emperor from Star Wars. Creates the disease in secret and just so happens to coincidentally hold the cure that is so desperately needed that it isn’t questioned when he happens to present it out of no where...
the "traitor" is luxu, it was stated at the beginning he was watching the others from afar, he has xehanorts keyblade who is basically darkness itself, the dark spirit ira found was most likely luxu
From what I understand, the Master of Masters is the big bad of the entire Kingdom Hearts universe. I mean, this film and what happens after that features hin proves it. But now the question is if Sora will learn the truth about the first Keyblade War and what started it.
Nothing has proven that. Its all speculation. And while yes all evidence hints at him being the big bad. We still to this day do not actually know what his end goal is, in typical Nomura fashion there could be a swerve coming.
First, from the MOM's theory, the one who is nolonger doing the role assigned by mom, we can simply conclude that he is the traitor. There is another point about bearing the sigli but it is too unclear about the meaning... So I wanna forcus on the first point: So hmm... MOM doesn't have a role, so, no, he is not the traitor but I think he knows there will be a traitor and he is the one who made all this. Luxu should not be the traitor, even I believe he will be a big boss in KH series, But no he is not the traitor, becoz as told by the mom, he fullfilled his role passing the key blade so that bop can be here. So, the rule doesn't apply. There are 2 people who have not been doing their role as we have seen in black cover X Its Acced and Ira. Aced is supposed to be Ira's right hand man, but appareny he is not. As for Ira, honestly, has he really unit eceryone and be a leader? No I personally believe its Ira, because: 1. Remember when mom talks to him, he wants to avoid the war. But after the mom is gone, as he told Aced, it is not his place trying to avoid the war, but only to forcus what comes after the war. This is a change of position... something big must have happened to Ira 2. Ira is the one who talks about bop the most from black cover X, he also want to see the lost page so muchI think he is too heavily relied on the bop, so very likely, after he thinks the war cannot be stopped,he is too desperate and in the end, he wants to end the world, which matched with what Gula told us in the unchained X game about Lost page, misread the truth, .... 3. Ira's story is too little, its ok to later reveal his story WITh the identity of traitor 4. Obviously, Aced is too dumb to be the traitor, he is just a pawn. As Gula told us, he was looking for the wrong thing. 5. He is the only one who discover the nightmare first, And He successfully plant seed of doubt and distrust in them. And successfully makes Aced start doing his thing. 6. And most important of all, IF: Acced is actually still doing his role as leader's right hand man( as Ira puppet and pawn), what he did in black cover X is doing his role, then the only one person who is not doing his role is Ira, which makes perfect senses believe me, I think Luxu and MOM are not the traitor. Its better to have 3 antagonists than 2, right?
Maybe the MoM is darkness made manifest and Sora is just gonna be that light. Its as if the MoM had caused these things to find an answer in his heart. Just as sora told xehanort that xehanort wasnt qualified for the job that he wished to fulfill at the end of KH3 , the MoM probably said the same thing about himself following the rule " may your heart be your guiding key." Hoping for an answer he didnt know but could find by extracting the light through the process of using darkness. He does this or sets this up in a way until we get to sora. The gazing eye, the case of ventus. Who we know luxu is and the events foretold to happen and that happens. The MoM takes on a persona of a mediator between darkness and light . Its as if the roles given out is all an extension of him and Luxu is tasked with a task that is really the driving force behind the MoM. As he acts in a way the MoM does.
Why was Xehanort chosen to be apart of a greater scheme of things? Both the MoM and Xehanort are like plan fanatics. Scientist or observers. The only difference is Xehanort is a power freak. The MoM could be a power freak too but obviously would wait YEARS to do what he would want ( which is why he bequeathed the gazing eye) . As we know Xehanort moved hastily before the revival of the real organization 13. Too costly.

Clearly the master was planting seeds of darkness into his apprentices. Seeds of suspicion, guilt, and regret. That dark chirithy could have easily come from the master himself. Why? Well, I would assume it would be the forging of the X-blade. Xehanort did mention the Keyblade War was fought over the x-blade, though here it seems to have been fought over lux. Perhaps Luxu was somehow made aware of what his master was planning, and passed down the tale to his apprentices. Most likely as a cautionary tale that Xehanort thought would be awesome to replicate, though it could have been a "Hey, you should totally do this tale." If it were the latter, it would explain why he continued to pass down the keyblade. Otherwise it would have made better sense to chuck it. (Random theory: The Master is Braig's ancestor.
