A great acting job Sasha is a natural - she has your attention in every scene unfortunately for everyone else they are superfluous - we only want Anna to survive and make it to Hawaii.
As someone involved in the business, so to speak, I can say that Ms. Luss pulls off portraying what seems to be a genuine person, which is, at risk of repeating myself, a genuine and true advantage. The only drawback is that Ms. Luss needs to consider the universal appeal of the industry-standard accent if you will, and adopting one. This is so that M.s Luss avoids being typecast as someone from Russia. Typically it's far better, for international fair interests, for the package to come wrapped in an American accent, so to speak. This is the case because this voice of the American became the one for industry standards and is from where cinema obtains its power, glory, and majesty. In this respect, I cannot foresee the sound of the expected voice for leading characters to change much, not anytime soon at least. With these comments, I thank you all. And I thank you, too, Ms. Luss, especially for your wonderful performance. Granted there were certainly some rough edges there but we can look forward to seeing you mature along with your performances like fine wines with some encouragement. Love ya!

Spoilers: Took me a while to understand Luke's and Cillian's character and who loves Anna most. At the ending, Anna love both of them for different reasons but she has excel at loving herself more - after given her whole life history here. But Leonard/Lenny (Cillian's) is the one who feels she is his equal in intelligence and he protects and loves her most than anyone there. While Alex (Luke Evan's) feel more of attached to her than love her, because he has been in this russian organization long before anna comes, his loyalty to his duty comes first automatically. Eventhough Anna and Lenny has only short encounters, but Lenny connects instantly with Anna since their first meeting. How they talk and change topics has some subliminal messages. That scene talking in the closet too, is really cute because I guees that how agents/spy with high intelligence flirt. I can imagine after 1 or 2 years of that ending scene, anna comes back to Lenny to say hi. Hehe.

We have polish reporter Jacek Badera who went there on the motorbike for a few months to report from traveling from one end to another. He went through all aspects of life there. Went to talk to ordinary people, to gold diggers, to natives, to truck drivers to Stalin's daughter ( yes, she lives very modest life there). After reading his book I cry hard for Kolyma people. Do you know that after concentration camp were open and people were free they stay in Kolyma because there was nowhere to o for them? Do you know that when you walk on that road camp prisoners built you are literally walking on the bodes of people who dropped dead on the job? This place is tragic, this place is a graveyard. It beats an Oswiecim-Treblinka and Jewish Holocaust by millions time. Sasha good for you to be out in civilization. My sympathy to rest of poor Kolymians.
For someone who doesn't act, she did well. I was especially impressed by the fight scenes and shootouts. Compare her performance to Halle Berry's in John Wick 3 and you can see that Sasha is much more competent at selling the drama during the action scenes. Halle looked like she was going through the motions half the time.
