Thank you! I use a chip and treat it like a clock. So if it is 25% turned to the right, that's 25. If it's upside down when you look at it, that's 50%, and so on. Hope that makes sense!
siick fold with that ak, I definitely wouldn't make it, but I kinda like it, really looks like he was trying to extract max value from a king. Curious if a solver ever folds here without a club, probably not with ak specifically, but some weaker kings maybe. Btw if he showed Jc I'd say it's very close to 100% he had that flush.
yeah it's a weird one, I haven't solved it yet because lots of factors like stack depth and preflop ranges change the output, but I wouldn't be surprised if it folds a bit without a club in its hand!
Yeah it’s still quite common but nowhere near as much as in USA. You regularly see a $25 tip or something in USA but never ever do I see that here. As you say it’s just a different culture.
I think I would have to sigh call AK as played. just flatting pre OOP seems like you can never have AK or QQ. Obviously you are much much better than me but snap folding river was unexpected.
Re the snap fold on the river, my opponent took about 40 seconds or so before he bet the river, so I had all that time to work out what I would do vs a big bet, I told myself if he bet greater than X I would fold, and he did, so I just folded.
Anyone i play with if we end up battling i always thank them for the fun weather i win or lose. Unless there a schmuck i cant stand people that cant win with class
There playing pounds £. And I'm guessing during the war beans become a staple and if you were lucky you had bread to make toast. 3 feet in a meter. From NZ.
Next VLOG out is an absolute cracker from my recent trip to Ireland, be sure to subscribe so you don't miss it!!
Gary, excellent call with the pocket sevens. You deciphered through that hand very well!!!
Thank you sir!!
"A reggy lookin fella" 😂....❤
He looked like he was a regular!
AK fold. Need more on your fold. Am I that terrible to snap call? I am such a fish. Oh your vlogs are awesome, thank you.
I think it's you that's normal and I am the fishy tbh! Thank you :)
Nice session, mate!!! Well played. 💪
I might come to London this summer or next autumn to battle with you at Grosvenor. :)
LFGGGG
This is great, thank you! I do wish you’d show some more of your losing hands as well. Love your style!
It's not that I'm omitting them, it's just that I've run so well there are so few. Promise!!
I LIVE FOR THE FKN BATTLE BABY.
Hey Gary, can I ask how you create the board and cards for your videos?
I have hired an editor, he takes care of all the graphics :)
Would love to be able to vlog at the vic. Watch this space
They are taking applications!!
Great vlog! What is the rate structure in London?
Less favourable than the USA but way more favourable than rest of Europe!!
How would you compare London cash games to LA Gazza? Is a 25 Ldn game the equivalent of 10/20 in LA/Vegas?
London games a liiiiiiiiil tougher but just like USA they can be really good, kinda just depends tbh!
Great vlog. How do you randomise your decisions live?
Ie you mentioned 25% of the time you would call

11:49 What was his all in amount with 1035 in the pot?
It was around £1200, dream!!
Also, does Vicky Coren (❤) ever put an appearance at the Vic just for old times' sake?
Too busy doing only connect! Which I highly recommend
@@joshc5234 And having a second child. But the call of the Vic is strong.
You’ve inspired me to tweet her and see if she can ever come be in the vlog!!!
Cockney rhyming slang ftw 😂
As an Aussie, and one who studied in Sheffield, your slang don’t faze me :)
Love it!!
Gary, do players tip poker dealers in the UK? Not sure given the difference in tipping culture.
Yeah it’s still quite common but nowhere near as much as in USA. You regularly see a $25 tip or something in USA but never ever do I see that here.

Wondeer if he hit the river with pocket 9s...
I thiiiiiiiink he said he had QQ
How do you RNG on live play?
I use a chip as a clock, it's kinda hard to explain but look at a chip and see if it's pointing to 3 O'clock, 6, 9 or 12 and that's what I use!
Good to see the Vic Vlog 🎉 would be better if their £5 chips didn’t look so shit
Love the chips here, it's like Willy Wonka poker!
Why does the dealer got an ipad on the table?
so they can calculate the rake etc :)
You say someone is a reggy kinda fella I just imagine a Rasta
Startet watching and wanted to turn the pace from 1.25 to normal… it was normal already 😮
Hahahaha us Scots we talk rather fast huh
Hey Bro you play in hippodrome?
Not really tbh, I mainly play online so any time I play live it’ll be in The Vic so I can vlog!!
Quids in Landan, me old mucker. No dollars here.
A bad habit that I must kick asap!!
😂 you bloody
U wot
Joke
Home? Aye right.
Hate to say it, I'm a proud nationalist Scot, but London is home

Did that dealer just rake 11 pounds from 1 pot? Jesus
Haha the rake here is better than the rest of Europe at least!!
In my games they take 5% 40 Euro cap 😂
Come and play in Australia, 10%, capped at 15
Where i play its 5% up to 7 dollars lol
5% cap £10 + £1.50 promo
The description is wrong :-)
Why so??
It says your in LA.
@@garyblackwoodpokerit says this is a hustler casino vlog
I know bees and honey is money. That about all of that gibberish I understood lol
Apples and pairs is stairs!
Bubble is bubble bath which is laugh 😂
Riding a pigs back is good luck I think😂
Never heard that one…
Wtf folding AK on a KKQ72 board that’s beyond horrible. What do you think he has that beats you .?
A flush :)
I just want to understand your logic this looks super bad imo
@@mattperil6074 that’s all the logic I got for ya, I put him on a flush and folded
I could never fold K with top kicker….

Yes me too, it's a privilege to share the felt with them!!
mashed potatoes
we speak the same language, but we also very much do not speak the same language
Hahahaha the language of pokerrr
Toto, we're not in the US anymore
Europe Europe Europe!!! ❤
I don't understand euros, the metric system, or how you can eat beans and toast.
There playing pounds £.

It’s beans on toast not beans and toast.
Imagine me saying that in the same tone as hermione grainger saying leviooooosa, not leviosaaaaa
