The new event gave us 4 different quest options, the universal one is super op
If you do all of the universal quests you get 3 83 goalkeepers but if you use then to rank one person, and level him up to 15, the stats are better than pretty much every goalkeeper
I got it to level 15 and everything was mostly 90-93+ stats and one stat even reached 105
