You are telling about the best paper for the Zig marker is Bristol, my experience is that from all the Bristol paper brands ( and I tried a lot), the Strathmore is realy the best to work on for beautiful result. You can use it with or without water on this paper. Gorgeous cards Kristina, I love how you made those awesome but simple to make backgrounds. Those small frames are beautiful. Thank you so much for your great tutorial and have a great week.
Thank you for your video and inspiration, Kristina. I'm going to pick up my Zigs again and practice blending on various watercolour and smooth cardstocks. Happy New Year to everyone at Simon Says Stamp!!
So cute! Those stripes look 3D! Thanks Kristina for an adorable card video! I do have to add that I too have had a great deal of trial and error with the Real Brush Markers. I will try Bristol smooth again adding a gallon of patience and all your helpful tips. Not giving up yet! Lol.
Great start for this new year! Another cute card! So glad to see the SSS A2 Thin Frame Dies used. I just ordered that set yesterday for card-making and also for customized planner boxes. Can hardly wait to use it!
Fantastic cards Kristina. I still have trouble (even on the Bristol Smooth regardless of how quickly I go from Zig to wet brush) to not get that definition line from colour to blended look however, I am sure it is just because I am not experienced with it enough yet, so I keep trying to achieve that look that you and others get. Happy New Year
Teresa Doyle, I cant get watercolor markers to look good on anything but cotton watercolor paper. They don’t play well with Bristol, as I was expecting. 🤷🏻♀️
Seven And The Littlest Mew I agree. I have been finding, for me, water colour paper works best. I guess the moral of that story is do what works best for ‘you’, which is what I do and I am sure Kristina would agree.
Thanks for sharing your gift
Great video and tips for watercolor markers. Love the watercolor stripes backgrounds!
Really loved the stripes you did, Kristina; they appear somewhat rounded! Good techniques in shading too. TFS
Only you can take such a clean & simple design and make it look special! Thank you Kristina!

I luv your coloring... it’s sooo lovely!!
Love to watch you color and create! Thank you, Kristina.
