Do you know how to activate this function? On my pc this it is unable. I press the bottom but the ptz doesn't move

i bought this camera Vikylin Dahua 8MP WizSense PTZ IP Camera OEM SD49825XB-HNR 25X
but auto tracking doesn't work , any idea ?

I have never had luck with the OEM hardware. It never seems to work correctly. I would restore to factory default and make sure you have the most updated firmware.
