Can you please tell us which features are standard vs upgrades when doing these videos. It seems like most of the things in the video for the first home are most likely upgrades which would increase the price.
As we tour the home I point out structural and design upgrades. I also talk about the "Certified No BS Pricing" so buyers know what to expect to paying for these homes... So many other agents doing UA-cam are putting Million Dollar Homes and saying starting at $500's... I do not do that. The model homes always have a ton of extras. Buyers normally spend 10-15% above the base price for updates and design...
While I value the walkthroughs of the new construction, I have some constructive feedback: The camera flipping back & forth is quite distracting. A "walking backwards selfie" tour is not as engaging as your 1st person perspective with voice narration. If you want to be in front of the camera, perhaps a team member can take video of you while you do the tour? It seems that now, by going back and forth between selfie mode and non selfie mode, you end up showing certain things twice - which makes the videos much longer.. The last couple have been 50+ min, more than double the length of your usual new construction videos historically. I hope this feedback is received the way it was intended - no malice, all constructive 🤝
Alex, what is up with the new camera angle? Why am I seeing more of you than the house? Please go back to showing more of the home, not sure I like this new flip camera view.
Too much of YOU! I want to see the property without YOU! in every frame. Next time just narrate what we see. We should your face maybe once or twice during the intro. You act like you are auditioning for something.. instead of focusing on the properly.
