Morning Jonny wow that is the condo I rented for a few weeks in 2011 while looking for a Villa, very quiet there, the baht bus comes regularly past there for short trip to town, about 10 minute walk to Big C. About 20 minutes into town. Thanks mate take care
I'm afraid we will not find these prices for these types of rentals once the quarantine is over. The first unit showed is absolutely perfect for me. If the hillside shown outside the bedroom window was terraced, the view would be amazing. Thanks for this showing this unit.
This is why I go to Hua Hin Best place in Thailand your not in the village watching the bam boo growing and your not getting the fumes from Bangkok . Pattaya is o.k for a few days but the hassle and noise is to much…jonnys channel gives it all if your looking for a classy lady Hua Hin is the place. Enjoyed the vlog and a BIG thank you Jonny.
Love the layout and the price. Great balcony, more like a terrace. My Thai wife wouldn't think twice about hopping through the window to the washer... lol.
wow. What a place for that price. Imagine what you'd get in Europe, USA, or Australia for that? car parking costs more than that in the city. Greta vlog and sh eis a natural.
M8 ,I live in Prachuap, but that is a great price ,12g rental .We have the same track record.I am originally from Hamilton NZ.Went over to Melbourne with a band and never left.Until 4 years ago...Thailand of course.Anyway dude great channel...your a scream ,laconic sense of humour,*****
As a previous real estate investor in the uk, I am really enjoying these. The first rental is very appealing but I would only take a beachfront condo with sea view. No point flying to the other side of the world to live if I can’t have that. Obviously the price would be more, but it would be worth it. Keep them coming 👍
Love how the pool's are so long, I just don't know any Thai language,so I would need someone to help me adjust if moved there, but condo off the hook, and affordable cool.
Another great 👍 video mate. 12,000 baht a month is a bargain for sure. If I was looking, I would jump on it in a minute. The one for sale is nice as well. Stay safe!
*Very nice units but having to climb through that window to access the washer machine is insane also the air conditioning equipment on your balcony is a downer otherwise all good.* 6:35
Mark, pre 'Wuhan' the market was heading for a correction as it's over-supplied. Post 'Wuhan', I think it's headed for a massive correction. Just been looking at a condo building in Bangkok, Krong Thonburi: 336 units and 172 for rent! That's a lot of mortgages potentially under stress. Also, Thailand has lousy demographics. And if travel restrictions are to be the norm, what's the point of buying a holiday home? There's going to be bargains but you need to be very cautious.
I had to watch the video twice, the first time I didn't pay any attention to what Jira was saying, 555 Looks like both condos are at bargain prices, but they drop even further depending of Covid.
Bathtubs are rare these days. That said though they may not be as rare as I thought though in Thailand since they like their tubs of rain water for drinking and washing.
I’m 44 and retired in Asia, you can still do it as long as you will find steady income online. Manu opportunities are available to you just make your choice
That rental is a bargain,i pay $2,000 a month ($1,400 USD) for a 120 Square 2BR Apartment on the Gold Coast,Australia,i'm coming to Hua Hin,Jira looks OK
Must find out from Miss. Jira whether there are 2-3 bedrooms units available since 1 bedroom will not be sufficient for our needs. Could you please find out if possible. Thank you Jonny.
I thought Pattaya was nice. Hua Hin is amazing. There is alot of night life here. And alot cheaper than Pattaya. That is a huge ! bedroom apt. I do not understand the washing machine and the cubby hole.
Johny nice video are these prices always like this and transport is easy these older buildings are better Johny these new builds are 28 square meter in Bangkok the same as london the new builds can’t swing a cat 🐈 in the place mate yes like this place Johny I like this place what is the name of it ?
Love this video and love the condo. I'm retired and was planning on moving to Thailand. I was originally looking at Pattaya, but love Hua Hin now. Is it easy for N expat to get health insurance? Im a type 1 diabetic and need insulin? Also, once travel restrictions are lifted , how do I get a condo rental to move into before I arrive. So I have a place once off the plane?
If i were you i would rent a hotel for the first 3 or 4 days. So when you are in hua hin you have some days to go around and look at rooms, the room we just saw for 12000 bath looked sooo good but perhaps the neighbourhood is not to your taste or to far away from your favorite area or its to noisy, i would say always have a look my self before signing a lease.
How easy/difficult is it to get Grab Taxi in/around Hua Hin? I'm curious would you really need to buy a car to live there? Or is Grab convenient there?
I lived there from 2013 to 2020. Hua Hin is dead. Resorts have been closed and locked with metal fences, there is almost no nightlife, hardly no long noses there. Wasted time.
Simon please ignore my previous text about obtaining info on that street map ap that I saw on one of your videos, i’ve just re-watched it and you clearly say that you have drawn up the map stating which bars have closed I’m going to have to text my friend in Thailand now and tell her not to try and find out what the app is called
Appreciate a woman that knows how to walk in heels
She's the best rental agent ever!
Very easy going relaxed how she shows the condo. She has some nice properties. You had a good rapport with her . Very good very good.

how much would you say the increase is? 10%??
I have watched 100s of condo videos from all over Thailand and that has to be the best. I rent it for the balcony alone.
This is why I go to Hua Hin
Best place in Thailand your not in the village watching the bam boo growing and your not getting the fumes from Bangkok .

I almost crapped myself when I saw the Cobra...and I'm 12,000 miles away!
Yeah, exactly what I thought it was at 11:06 and onwards. And they didn't even notice it. :P
The net was for Cobras :-) not pigieons! scary shit!!!!!
Keep her coming Johnny... she’s unreal. When lockdown is finished I’m coming to Hua Hin😜
Great video Jonny, fantastic value for the rental condo. Everything a single man would need. Both properties highlighted how beautiful Hua Hin is.
Very good Jonny, Som must be very trusting.:)
Classy lady. Very good on her feet. Walking between pools in high heels. 👍
Man just keep the camera on her Im buying whatever she is selling
Im with you my friend
yep lol
She is so sexy
Jira rocks! You should do a vlog just interviewing her.On the beach!
Love the layout and the price. Great balcony, more like a terrace. My Thai wife wouldn't think twice about hopping through the window to the washer... lol.

Great condo! Let her explain the unit and we will listen!
Just great - hole in one 😷🇦🇺🙏👍🍺 $380 usd 🙀🍻😷🍺🇦🇺🙏👍 the unit is huge - Excellent Jonny luv your work
wow, shes definatly good at what she does...
Very tidy indeed. And the condo's aren't to shabby either.
Oh that girl should have her own vlogging channel! very goooooooood

$600AUD/Mth - bargain . My daughter rents a two bed. unit in Brisbane for $450/Wk . it is not much bigger than a Motel room and un-furnished .
Omg, beautiful condos ,and affordable too. Wish I were there, just another few years. Thanks so much for showing the videos!
BEAUTIFUL CONDO... VERY SMART LOOKING. HUA HIN ALL THE WAY
Wow that place is amazing and so cheap. I pay $1600 for a 2 bed in Denver, CO, USA with no pool or fitness center.
That's a steal for $350..I'm moving if Jira comes with the condo lol
Very nice and the apt is nice also :)
Nice place and reasonable. She is good at her job. Looks good to. Thanks

The first property would suit me and the price is reasonable. Thanx Jonny. M

That looks good for the price..
Another great 👍 video mate. 12,000 baht a month is a bargain for sure. If I was looking, I would jump on it in a minute. The one for sale is nice as well. Stay safe!
I agree these low prices aren't going to stay low after the pandemic is over, So the best thing to do is lock it in with a contract,
Great value on condo for rent, washing machine situation bit messed but top value
When you said you were sick last week, she looked horrified! 😷🤒☠️
That is a good price for a nice unit.. good layout other than the washing machine area...
*Very nice units but having to climb through that window to access the washer machine is insane also the air conditioning equipment on your balcony is a downer otherwise all good.* 6:35
Nobody will be watching your little climb in .
good price but when you look on internet it can be 35000 bath/month...so Jira is best
Jira is great. Good place and good price.
great price for the rental condo, very impressed
Very nice! Now, in March 2024, these apartments rent for $556 and up.
Nice apartments very open plan the two bed room was really nice
Great place for a great price....
sitting outside looks like you get all the warm air from the aircon.
What a great deal! I just worry about the visa issues there
Lovely places but I think real estate Market in Thailand will depreciate very soon, good video thanks.

James Barr yes I totally agree
@@markdelaney5000 Great minds ;)
Perfect for me!!! Thanks for showing this one Jonny!
Amazing value Johnny! Thank you tp you and Jira. Keep em coming!

Great price and location Jonny 👍
The rental is fantastic
0 to 10 wow factor...this place was an 11! (Same with the realtor!)
Johnny the kangaroo is hopping slowly 😂
That is a great deal compared to 1 br, 33 sqm rooms I've seen reviews for in Bangkok. Also, none of the units have a clothes dryer.
In my experience you don't need one. Hang it out under cover and dry in 2-4 hours.
"Nothing like a hole in one"....bahahahahahhahaha!!!!! Man u crack me up.
That is a great place for rent. My place is smaller than that and i pay 650 a month
If I could only go back in time I would save every penny I could retire and move to Thailand.
I’m 44 and retired in Asia, you can still do it as long as you will find steady income online.

How much USD do you suggest if someone decided to retire at 35 in Thailand??? A modest cost of living per month
@@Glass088 Late reply but my thought is minimum 1,500 bucks a month residual would be a safe bet. Not bad compared to the states and western Europe.
Wow that was beautiful. I can't wait to get to Hua Hin. I also like the condo lol

Guauuu I can believe it i would move there tomorrow for that condo.
Amazing condos!
Nice Condo but I’d end up falling over the bloody balcony after a few too many
I love that maniacal Aussie laugh … perfect Bond villain …
Very cheap. Very goot. How much more per month would you be looking at for utilities?
You have tremendous discipline my friend
Great video and an excellent condo
I own the houses here
It is so beautiful
I’d pay £300pm just for that balcony view. The rest is a bonus!
good video jonny nice places keep safe out there.
Must find out from Miss. Jira whether there are 2-3 bedrooms units available since 1 bedroom will not be sufficient for our needs. Could you please find out if possible. Thank you Jonny.
Dude, come on. Please just walk into one of the master bedrooms and say to the real estate agent "So, this is where the magic happens?".
Pretty good deal for 380 usd
This is a very interesting video Jonny
Thanks for watching :-)

Mate... not long subscribed, been on catch-up really... Seen a few now to know you seem completely different on these condo tours 🤣🤣🤣
Realtor says Jonny I have some condos to show you. Jonny says sure be right there. Can i pick you up on my motorbike.
Nice agent . Classy 😍
That's one big pool. Cheers 🍻
Thanks Jonny. Great rental that one. Glad your feeling better.. wonder if it was the seafood you normally swerve?
I think Jira can handle the snake, Jonny
I could live here for the rest of my life very happily.
This condo is so nice
For the price this is very nice
Top class video , some nice condos with great views , I will have to win that bloody lottery lol . Nice vlog as always stay safe
Good one Johnny, massive swimming pool, what would the body corporate fees be like for these condos?,
What a nice place

@@mrt6349 Good info. Are taxis easily available? Or do I rent a car or motorbike to see different properties? Thanks.
Just rent a motorbike easy and cheap and you get alot of freedom to explore 😊 and it's cheap.
How easy/difficult is it to get Grab Taxi in/around Hua Hin?
I'm curious would you really need to buy a car to live there? Or is Grab convenient there?

Johnny, nice showing. I think you'd make a decent real estate agent yet. Nice and decent place in Hua Hin.
All those pools , never see anyone using them .
15:05 - 5.9 million baht ?
did you really check the bedroom?
Where do you find properties like this? When I run searches I find stuff half this nice for twice the price!
