playing a bit of viego i realised how much damage decreases. rushing bork on him all of his autos do 18% enemy current health damage, and if someone knows what they're doing they'll just fight u until they're low and then you do 0 damage

Completely agree with the item problem. In no world should 1 item provide more damage in a fight than the entire spell rotation of the champion with the item (looking at BoRK)
League of items would solve irelia problem too. I'm a jungle main so no bias here but I honestly think LOW ELO adcs are the only ones who don't participate in league of items. Kraken deals true damage but it scales with AD and it feels proper. I say low elo because I'm completely against galeforce fuck that excute fuck the free flash on supposedly immobile adcs that haunts high elo

@@coltonthomas2547 So we can get champions like belveth who have according to you, 4 free flashes. But the moment an ADC is allowed some extra mobility (at the sacrifice of true damage and sustain) its a huge problem? So yeah lets ignore prowlers claw then (another free flash)
problem is bel is still kiteble, put that on an adc like ez now you have 3 flashes and he also pneshots any assasin, means a single item conters the biggest conters to adc. right wonder why everyone builds it high elo.
@@chersymale The issue with Galeforce is that it gives mobility AND damage. Whereas with Shieldbow, you feel way harder that you didn't build the DPS item.
It was a good idea to give a choice DPS/escape/shield for adc, but galeforce plays into two categories and is thus better than the others.

You used to pick items that complement the champion. Now it's just pick the champions that complement the items. Prime example is Sunfire Diana. There's no rationale behind why Sunfire should complement Diana: she has no tank scalings, and all her scalings are ap, which Sunfire provides 0 of. But ultimately it works. Because it's the Sunfire that's killing you, not Diana herself. Same thing could be said with Sunfire yi. A champ with such ridiculous AD and attack speed synergies, and yet his best mythic item provides... None of those stats? It's absolutely comical.
Seeing the item (bork, sunderer, sunfire) deal more dmg than champion themself disgust me
This game wanted to introduce diversity to be like other moba games. Now anyone can play a champ with lethality, ap or ad and build different paths or just experiment. Oh look half of our shit is broken, let's make a durability patch.
sunfire diana makes sense, because if you look at Dianas kit, he is not supposed to be an assasin, but rather a diver, divers always liked building bruiser-ish items, but there is not ap bruiser item, so it makes sense to me that she would build sunfire if its broken. Yi on the other hand in my opinion only builds sunfire, because its impossible to make assasin yi work in high elo.
Diana has 20% hp scaling on her w. 10% on activation part + 10% if all orbs hit. Also she is a diver thus needs some tankyness. But otherwise i agree with you

Gwen, picking Guinsoo's and BorK after building Tooth and Riftmaker
Build whatever item you want after that (void staff, rabadon, zhonyas are great)
Makes you the best duellist in the game, with broken turret shredding, tank destruction, insane healing, at the cost of not being able to kill the adc if you don't have ult.

7:28 for me the biggest example is Yasuo. The double crit is a gimmick now. Useless, your build always exceeds what would we a decent amount (before doubling) of critical chance. Theres no more building stats on Yasuo, there's building items. What made the champion core cool is now often overlooked because crit as we knew it has disgusting, critical strike is no longer spectacular or impressive, just some extra damage on top. I liked to play Quinn lethality (but I think the changes to lethality is what started the game feeling synthetic problems) and with the mythic mechanic, now I spend more time wondering what the passive of the items are better than staking the stat I want to specifically take the most out of my skill set and play style
But as tank you have no other oprions but items "proc" damage. But why "hyperscalers" abusing procs and onhits? Rito?

I dont think a Champion Focused LoL with just stat stacking Items is favourable. This would snowball the Champion-Kit-Gap way harder, since u wont be able to cover weaknesses with Items (such as mobility). It is more favourable to have items that are strong, that way every champion can access those Items and be powerfull. The problematic state is much more the effectiveness of Items on different Champion-arches/types.
If we just had item stacking in League, imo old champions would just be removed from the game, since the newer kits are already showing dominance in a "item centric" game.
Sounds like champion weaknesses. Season 2-3-4 didn't have these ridiculous items and the game felt much better to play.

I totally agree with baus when it comes to the items, like for example katerina has like 15 different runes and build paths building 10 different mythics depending on the enemy teams basically making her a whole different champ each game with different playstyles. Its such a joke that these items are so broken.
