It is Okan Yalabik. He is my absolute favourite character in magnificent century , too. Unfortunately I don´t speak Turkish ao I can´t watch any other films he is in. Glad I found this with English subtitles.
The movie is OK but doesn't deserve the IMDb 7.6 rate. What helped the need to cut off the girl's arm and throw it in the river? Her body was never found. To convince an unscrupulous millionaire of a possible implication in the murder on the mere weight of an argument without tangible proof seems highly unlikely.
A cut-off arm a cliffhanger? Who ripped off the girl's arm and for what reason? That had nothing to do with her kidney. Young Pamuk's body was never found. Should the unscrupulous millionaire Battal be blamed for the murder on the grounds that his daughter dies if the kidney transplant is not achieved? This argument is good to solve the plot of a slow-paced movie going nowhere but unlikely to find anyone guilty before a jury.
