That said, I'd lower sampling steps to 10-15, pick Euler over Karras++ and set the res to HD without any upscaler because that's what I was aiming for initially. I bet it would boost the speed by A LOT without any significant quality compromises.

Besides, I was just looking for RTX 3050 performance in SD and this was the only video demonstrating image generation real time, not outdated numbers on a graph / speculations based on those numbers. I was initially planning on picking RX 6600 since it's a lot faster in games, but I was also planning on playing around with SD so this video helped me to pick the right GPU. It's a decent balance between SD performance and gaming on budget. RX 6xxx series is kind of lagging behind when comes to SD in comparison apparently. RTX 4060 is at least 50-60% more expensive in my region. RTX 3060 12Gb would be a more rational choice since it's only 20-25% more expensive than RTX 3050, but I'd have to switch my old PSU for it as well and those aren't as cheap as they used to be.

I would say that more VRAM allow to generate in higher resolutions not faster.

For training some lora sxdl, minima vram is 12GB.. So need more vram for create SDXL Lora ..
