For the first part, I find that the interior renovations are camouflage, a sort of mediocre flip-over. The second part is a major construction project, carried out with considerable resources. I have my doubts that the formwork for the concrete walls was done by this certainly expert and friendly couple. The video gives the impression that they do it all.

I've seen the full video of them building this resort on another channel. They are a very rich couple. They even built towers from various countries. It's a very expensive development.
The love between this couple shines in this video. It shows both of them have a vision to lead a peaceful and yet luxury life in countryside. I will do the same now that internet is available everywhere. The husband is a born builder and artist. He can create anything beautiful under the sky. I watched both part 1 and 2, I love the details. I cannot imagine the efforts they put in to build heaven on earth!
Cutting the video off at 1:46 tells us nothing about the completed project and just leaves us in doubt as to what purpose the outdoor pool/fish pond/swimming pool will serve. I also have doubts that the smiley-faced couple who never got dirty did any of the actual major construction work. Very disappointing video.
