I'm so tired of hearing Goodness of God at least once a month at my Baptist church - A few weeks ago a substitute music leader told us to take out our Hymnals and a cheer broke out from the congregation - they were hungry for Christian hymns instead of these stupid contemporary songs.
Find a better church would be my suggestion
As someone who is part of Dr. Jeff Owens' church, I don't hear about any of these heretical churches. I had never heard about Hillsong or Bethel, etc. until I started watching Spencer. Not because Dr. Owens secretly agrees with them, but because he is ignorant to them. Spencer is the biggest reason I know about anything outside of the Hyles-Anderson cowd. Good or bad.

As a born-again Christian coming from a Third-World country in South East Asia, I can truly say that the concept of the "Word of Knowledge" is readily acceptable to those who haven't read and understood the Bible.
And the primary reason that "word of knowledge" is very palatable is because these "prophets" "prophesy" to itching ears; better life, more money, peace, etc. THE "GOOD" STUFF, NOT BIBLICAL ESCHATOLOGY!

I recently became a widow and my husband and I had left our church (along with well over half of other members & attendees), for reasons too long to go into but I would never ever ever again sit under a spiritual abuser that this man was. We thought we were in a solid church but over the last at least couple of years it became apparent that this was not the case. Apart from fellowship with the others that left, I live in a different city so I don’t see them often. It’s sad, but it’s just me and my 24 year old son who has stayed home to help me as I live with chronic pain issues. I still trust the Lord will see to all my needs. That’s the one thing that has not wavered.

The first time I saw Greg Locke before he went into deliverance ..He seemed to me to be a show boat preacher from the beginning ..It just seemed that he always ran toward being in the lime light to make himself known .. You could see the pride in his attitude to be well known

Your line of thinking is way off. Proclaiming one's self to be an apostle is only egocentric and arrogant if it isn't true. The apostles in the Bible stated that they possessed those positions without apology and with absolute confidence. Did they lack humility? Were they egocentric? No. I'm not arguing that Greg is an apostle, but if someone is a genuine apostle, it is NOT wrong for them to say confidently say so.

Qualifications of an apostle according to the word of God.
Acts 1:21-22 - “21 ¶ Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us,
22 Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.”
Wrong. Paul, Apollos, Barnabas weren't among the original followers who were given the Holy Spirit at Pentecost 31 A.D., and yet they were still ordained as apostles. You don't know what you're talking about. The Bible doesn't establish this as the qualification, as Paul states in his letters to the Corinthians and Ephesians that it is God's prerogative to ordain who He wants to possess that office.
@@theeternalsbeliever1779 yes sir I understand that Barnabas and others were apostles, but the main 12 whose names are reserved in heaven were ordained by acts 1. Paul was as he said “one born out of due time.” And Barnabas was not a sign and wonder working apostle like the 12 and Paul: the word apostle means sent one, or one sent. Barnabas was sent with the apostle Paul to preach to the Gentiles.
Even if you don’t agree with me on acts 1; Spencer hit the nail in the head when he said there is no purpose for apostles anymore. The word of God is complete, the main duty of the apostles was to work signs and wonders to the Jew first and also to the Gentiles, to confirm the message of the gospel was from the creator God.
Please don’t assume I don’t know what I am talking about. How do you know I don’t know what I am talking about because I said a few sentences on a video on UA-cam.

The ladder is built out of faith in Jesus and His death and resurrection on behalf of sinners which we all are. His blood can wash away even the vilest sins and no sin is too great that His blood can't remove all stains.
Now how much faith is needed? Only a fine thread. Only the tiniest mustard seed. Only enough to fall on our knees and say Jesus forgive me and save me Jesus. Only enough to say save me Lord Jesus help me. Even if it feels like there is no faith call on Jesus anyway and say Jesus I believe but please help my unbelief. Jesus never let me go. Save me Jesus. Save me. I need you. Jesus will save you.
Call on Him daily to save you. Choose to believe.
There is hope and Jesus will save. That poem made me cry. Jesus will throw the rope right to the bottom and no ladder necessary. Just call Jesus save me.

Just a correction about Tennessee Harmony being put behind a paywall... it has happened before, at least 2 times, and I have commented on his videos (can't recall if I emailed him) my disappointment about that. Discussions about Jesus and the Gospel should not be behind a paywall. In this case, however, it appeared that the discussion was going to be a discussion about the conference, a kind of behind the scenes look at planning meetings. I can understand that being behind a paywall, even though I am sad to have missed it.
