I remember back in the day with whips, but think the whip i had just attached the line to it, so god help me if hooked into a carp. But that must of been a right old challenge, plus landing that 17 pounder on the whip.

I popped down to angling direct in stoke after a 25 year gap and got kitted out , didn't cost the earth. I really like the look of your box, would be great if you could let me know what make it is and roughly how much. Tight lines 👍
