From 3:10 based on my calculations, they are saying from 53% is a grade 2 and from 70% is a grade 1. If that is correct then idk how children does still fail.
Nope its based on a curve, and that was just an example. Last year because it was paper 1 only many students did extremely well since csec repeated questions and thus a lot of students get a failing grade with even a grade 70. So the curve matters.
Cxc is the worst, why would yall say grade 4 is moderate but only 1,2 am 3 is only accpeted, so grade 4 is not a past then so what moderate means?. Yall needs to change this grading thing because its confusing
If I want all my grades on 1 certificate how do I go about doing so. Meaning I did exams in 2002 and also in 2019 but I want all in 1 certificate. What do I do
@@darynruiz1035 I'm in a similar situation I got about 52 of the questions out of 60 right but I did the paper 3 instead of the Sba and I feel I got 12 out of the 20 questions correct so I'm also between a grade 1 and a two. Doesn't really matter to me as I just wanted a pass in maths to continue my studies.

@@aleysacampbell8709 Yeah that looks like you scrape through with a 3, you may get a B and D profile on your results for that subject which in most cases is a 3. Not to mention you may get some of those guess answers right in the multiple choice so it could be a B and C profile too which would still be a 3, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

A good chance it's a grade one tho, getting a 48/60 would be 80% which would make your chances much higher to be a grade one.
