What exactly is in the big aid package? They don’t sound very optimistic with it…
Most of its going to replenish the stocks we took from our own active forces over the last half year. If they didnt get it the scandal would have been massive.
The aid has a different meaning; $60 billion is going to big corporations, companies that produce tanks, weapons, and logistic equipment, among others. It's not directly helping Ukraine. I believe that more than $30 billion is just 'fees' covering transportation and labor costs, and considering the high cost of weapons and military vehicles, they can't compete with Russian manufacturing. In Russia, all military manufacturing is controlled by the government, and labor is cheap. So, anyway, that aid doesn't help Ukraine, but it's enough for corporations, Joe and Hunter Biden, Zelenskiy and his wife (for buying some luxury items). The only losers here are US taxpayers and poor Ukrainian civilians.

Ukraine fights for freedom and independence from Russia’s rule and to protect their land from being stolen. I fully support sending them whatever they need. I’ve worked and paid taxes all my life and never expected a damn handout from anybody. God willing, some of the taxes I’ve paid will go to this just cause and I’m proud of my contribution to Ukraines freedom.
