It’s really cool that the game’s physics are accurate that Link will continue to have forward momentum after jumping off the glider. It’s also really cool that vtubers don’t understand this so they comically miss the drop to that higher sky island.
I’ve only finished the Rito questline, just starting Gerudo. Been too distracted by roaming, exploring, and marking POI(points of interests) in the depths. Still having fun though, even though I’m taking my sweet time. 😅😆
LOL Sakamata rode for too long and missed her stop! She got the glide down, but wasn't paying attention, as that glider could only stay on for so long before dissipating!
It gives the same feeling as when parents start pushing a kid on their bike and then suddenly let go. That immediate insecurity that leads to a freak out.
Well, that was an expected mix of fun, minor frustration, and vicarious pain. :-) Also, despite years of internet experience, I have no idea what Nene considered lewd about the Temple of Time's interior. I don't know if that says more about her or me. Thank you for the compilation. Oh-one thing: while it's easy to mishear, Noel says she wants to stand on the "sentan" (先端, front end/tip), not the "center" of her glider.
Saku's grade: F Matsuri's grade: C Nanarie's grade: D Noel's grade: C (would have been an A for thinking outside the box, but she did not stick the landing) Rena's grade: B Chloe's grade: F (would have been a B if she knew how to steer and did not launch by accident) Mint's grade: C (A on first attempt, F on the next two, and D on the final) Rion's grade: D (would have been a B or an A, but she fell off)
For those who don't get it, I think Nene was talking about how the two wheels on the side with the middle one's spoke sticking up makes it look like a d*** and balls.
I pulled off what sasaki was trying to do, it is dificul but it is posible, i reached the end of the tutorial after getting that hand ability but of course nothing is activated there, so you can't advance without all abilities
It’s because infinite gliders would make travel too easy and invalidate other builds. You could just warp to a sky island and drop a glider to fly almost anywhere on the map.
Go ahead and put rekson as one of the worst TotK glider VTubers in existence. Spending approximately 15 minutes trying to reach an island by attaching fans underneath the wing.
to be fair, they introduced the glider a little too late in the beginning where you already learned how to combine things together and how to use the fan for transportation. it is kind of counterintuitive to think that the rails on the floor would move the glider on its own and using the fan would NOT make the glider move forwards despite being taught earlier that it makes minecarts go forward. it seems like they made it that way so that you can't use the glider+fan anywhere because players will just use that to fly for a long time, which itself is true, but it made it kind of confusing.
I mean for me personally it was pretty intuitive. Fan move Minecart because it has wheels, fan can’t move glider since it has no wheels, there’s a track, track must make glider move
@@boxbox0000 Bruh you literally just disproved your original comment by saying that they had all these instances of you using rails with carts and hooks. They literally introduce wings right next to rails just like with carts and hooks, so you can’t say that it’s too late and counter intuitive, because it’s literally the same thing you’ve just done twice. Plus they tell you how the wings work and that it’s controlled using balance. If you ignore the wing instructions and place the fan in an unbalanced position that’s purely on you for not listening
Nah, while it’s easier with an actual stick, for your first time the game literally tells you how the wings work and that you have to use balance to steer. I listed to what the game said was able to do it first time (of course my game crashed when I jumped off because the frames bottomed out) but that’s a separate issue
@@TheJjcczz I'm more talking about when you don't have a track to slide on first. Many of them try to put it on the edge & stand on the front which doesn't work or put fans on to blow it off the edge which doesn't work either. These are perfectly reasonable expectations that don't work at all. Having to lift it up & off the ledge with ultra-hand then rewind it to get it going without a track, then steering it without much momentum is not intuitive at all.
How many Vtubers didn’t understand the concepts of using gliders when there is literally a set up for it to glide? There are a few reasons why they died to fall damage not understanding it.
Every one: learning to fly Nene: yabai pic formed by 3 gears This game is tedius. You need to learn to do every thing, gravity, balancing, game limitations, sticking points, what can be combined, etc. There are more reward than botw but expliration is not rewarding. Almost everything that is eye catching has korok in botw, this litrally makes me want to turn every stone i see.Totk has more korok seeds but they are spread out so much that make me think exploring is waste of time because there most likely nothing important there. For example, the plateau walls in totk (limit of botw tutorial area) has nothing, not even a chest....
I feel the opposite. I think the only 2 great points of botw are it's locations and how it's all connected as well as how it's tutorial area is designed as a locked door to the rest of the world. The Great Plateau has all the elements as well as the provisions to help you survive those elements. Best tutorial I've seen ever. Until totk came along. Even larger tutorial area with the added mechanic of "fuse" that single-handedly created more doors of opportunities to tackle challenges and enemies. I cannot get over how great the tutorials in both this game and it's predecessor are. Then there's the world to explore. I had a much better time exploring it since I'm so interested in how it's changed but also because it has more stuff in it. Caves to explore, boss battles that can respawn, more enemies. Botw just felt so empty even with Master Mode's increased enemy spawns.

Guess they flunked Physics class (don't take this comment as truth).
we thought it was the Koroks getting cruelly tortured, actually it was Link that suffers the most
Watching your fan glider leave without you is now a mood we can all share.
Loved the dedicated Nene segment at the end
Are you guys enjoying the new Zelda?

Lol Nene has a lewd imagination.
A real surprise to see English-translated Rion-ojou. Even if it was pretty short. Rena and Chloe had the right idea though.
Glad to see that I wasn't the only fool who thought the gliders needed a fan.
