It gets better every time
That CVPI Traffic unit at 4:20....its a 2005. That officer must be working SUPER hard to keep that unit pristine so it doesn't get replaced!
bruh the light pattern is better than most of the other vics
@@trainsandstuff2040I believe it had to do with the camera. Sometimes when the lights are too close to the camera they start to flash. LAPD's arjent light bars has never been flashing.
@ferrokaffe In fact they did have a handful of units from when they switched to the FedSig Argent over the Code 3 MX7000 that were equipped with the rapid strobing compared to the normal slower block lighting. If I had to guess the department never had more than 20 such units, and seeing as they were uncommon when new, they're incredibly rare now! You can find a few videos on UA-cam of them responding.
Notice it has led bulbs in the headlights lol
@@ThatsMrAwesomesauceoh that explains why, thanks.
Amazing compilation as always! LAPD responding code 3! (sometimes LOL)
4:15 Damn it! I love this sounds
great catches!!
the ford crown victoria in moment 4:20 is very old haha
Holy! Why so many units in sone of these clips? Most i have seen i Vancouver is 8!
Vancouver is also a much better place than LA. LA is the dump of California
A backup or help call will have pretty much anyone in the area respond
@@Tomi_246 thanks
Am i the only one that notices CVPIs have a Little higher pitch siren than the Explorers?
I hear it was the opposite I thought the newer ones were higher pitched
It also depends on the angle the siren is coming from
Some smart sirens have deeper tones from the model and the amplier used on the speaker
I believe it is because they use an older system and amplifier, maybe even a Federal Signal SS2000 version, I don’t think it’s on every CVPI, but it’s an “intended” function. Motor units for traffic also have a higher pitch siren, not that the LAPD has many of them anyway
CVPIs use the SS2000 while the newer units use the SS3000B
There's a few bots in your commentsection... lol..
