Came out beautiful ❤
Cool idea!
Love these
I just love how you show all your process well what I could see lolhaha joke I understood what you where saying 😊 thank you! There beautiful!! I'm going to order a glass turner now 😁
I used to make SS cups back a couple of years ago and i used this method and i loved it! ufortunatly my asthma goes wonky when i use resin even with a mask on!😔😔i miss it so much! i had a good little business going for a while :( i love that color combo with the gold!
Hi! Love your work. So you have a link for the dropper bottles ? Can’t seem to find them with that long, fine tip
They are beautiful. You could always tape the top of the glass above the resin line
I've been following along and things look GREAT. THANKS!
Question: After my glasses are completely cured for 72hrs, I'm still able to make a scratch in the top resin coat.. It takes some work, but if you were to toss them in the sink and dink around or whatever, you could scuff them.
So, is there a tougher top coat to use? I've been using Casting resin from Lets Resin. It's not a huge deal, but I would like to sell these without a disclaimer of sorts.
Is this just the way it is using resin on a glass/tumbler? Very durable, but Hand wash and Care are then required to keep these in top form?
*If theres anyway to make them non scuff-able I'm all ears!
Thanks!
KS Resin Liquidy Split is ROCK HARD after 48 hours. It’s still very possible to scratch it if you ding it around, but much more durable than any other rein I have tried. I just tell people to hand wash, and treat it like your granny’s china.
we have those stemless wine glasses at dollar tree, I'll pick some up next time I go. curios, how do you price them for craft fairs? I would also like to try dripping silicon oil on the inks/resin to see what effect that makes. silicon oil in resin makes some interesting details.
Shut the front door! Now you know I have to try silicone next…lol.
I price them $15 each or 2 for $25, which is a good price point in my area.
How are you getting the Poole noodles to fit on your pvc pipes? The Poole noodles are to wide for mine
Are these hand wash only or can they go into the dishwasher top shelf?
How much do you charge for the glasses?
Thank you!
Are these safe to drink from?
100%. Resin is on the outside, and I don’t resin to the rim anyway. KS Resin is food safe once fully cured too.
Meh.
look like they are from the dollarstore, tacky
I think these are beautiful and elegant!
Grammar 101:
You should capitalize your “L” and ad an “s” to your word “look” so you don’t look illiterate the next time you make an ugly and quite unnecessary comment. OR you can continue to display this rude behavior and the original poster can appreciate that it just boosted the video in the algorithm. 😉
Thank you for the feedback. I’ve seen some pretty cute things at Dollar Tree. Cheers!
@3BoardChicks 💯Don't you just love ignorant people? Probably jealous they can not afford to have this hobby.
Very beautiful! Going to show my wife so she can give these a try other than tumblers all the time lol..and she can buy the wine glasses from the" dollar store " lol and add colors and make beautiful art.
But these are amazing!! For sure.
I started out with tumblers too! ❤️
