The gold standard for training! Go for the Superlite for race day if you have deep pockets to have two pairs

Would love to see how these compare to the Black Diamond Distance Carbon z poles! These look a bit more fun to be honest but heard good things about the Black Diamonds too!

I feel like these poles make you prone to skier’s fracture since its hard release them when you fall

You can very easily choose to run with them, without the wrist straps attached to the pole if you’re worried about falling
