South western coast of Canada. Vancouver, British Columbia. If you are not familiar with Canada. Where I am is 2 hour driving North of Seattle. US Hardy zone 8 average lowest in winter is -12C. Not too cold but wet. Moisture jet from the Pacific Ocean, called Hawaiian Punch!😊
