Is there any way to change the startup disk on start up on a Wallstreet/PDQ? I don’t have a CD-ROM drive so I can’t boot off of CD. I have a floppy drive but the computer won’t boot off of 8.1 disk tools. I need to get mine to boot off of the first partition again. The second partition is not booting but the computer keeps defaulting to the second partition because I set it as the start disk.
If you reset the PRAM it should default to partition 1 that’s why I always have the first partition as a recovery compatible natively supported operating system
@@HrutkayMods I have 9.2.2 on the first partition. Resetting the PRAM did not work. However, I did end up finding a work around. I was able to boot off of a CF card. Every time I went to Startup Disk the computer froze. So I decided just to trash the system folder on the 2nd partition. Once I did that, the computer booted from the 1st partition again.
Nice to see these PowerPC upgrades, thanks Greg
Welcome back!

Great new video, gotta admit I cringed when you were yanking out the cpu card though 🤣
