Ha'Azinu - An original expression

We are now in the midst of the most significant days on the biblical calendar ~ it is a period of time known as the 10 days of awe or 10 days of repentance which sits between Rosh Hashana & The Day of Atonement.
It is a time specifically dedicated to our seeking God and allowing Him to search our hearts that we might come to a place of true repentance for those things that have hindered our relationship with Him and with others. It calls to mind David's words found in Psalm 139: "search me O God and know my heart ..."
It is a time where we are seeking to repair our connection with G‑d and with one another, longing to restore our souls to their pristine state and to make the coming year better than the last with His help.
Let us seek the L-RD while He may be found, let us call upon Him while He is near (Isaiah 55) ... for He is The Hope for all the world.
