  • I have created a 3D textured wall art by using an old T-shirt and Powertex.
    Minimalistic home decor art and easy to make if you follow the steps of this tutorial. The secret is not to use too much of the Powertex, this also saves some money 😉

    That is really nice Marion, I was going to pay for a course, but this is not necessary. How long do I leave to dry? Thank you, Marion

    Also Marion how do you make sure it stays put for good? Wrap it behind the canvas? If it’s drying in 24 hours how can I make sure it’s never leaving the canvas or coming off in areas once hung??

      Thank you for your question, it won't fall off because Powertex works also as glue. I wrap the fabric around the canvas.

    Marion is there a specific material of shirt fabric you’d recommend??

    • @marionlinnenbank
      @marionlinnenbank  4 місяці тому

      No, as long as it is more natural fabric instead of synthetic fabric.

    Hey Marion, I have a question. I was looking at my white powertex and noticed that it has separated. Is there a way to save it. It’s been setting for months. Thanks Nina

      It is best to cut open the bottle and put the powertex in a bucket and put the water on top in another bucket. Now stir the powertex well and add some liquid until your powertex is liquid again. Store the powertex in a bucket with a lid. I have a short for you about it
