Was this a package deal (airfares, accommodation, transfers), or you/Brandon put it together booking each thing individually? Did you have to book a long time before to get cheap rate, or booked last minute & was a bit more costly?

It wasn't a package deal. Each item was booked separately and we booked 6 months ahead so it was cheaper than if we had booked closer to the date.
