Hi jenny, I’m struggling with the same thing too. I’ve been speaking to my therapist about some kind of hole/lack/emptiness I feel inside that doesn’t allow me /blocks me from feeling good and free. My way of trying to feel better is “ trying to fill that hole “ with whatever makes me feel full. But one thing my therapist said that struck me was: “that lack is structural, it’s part of you and it is as needed as all the other “full” parts. Maybe you’ll start to feel better when you accept that those missing parts you feel are actually part of you and that’s ok”. I’ve been thinking about it a lot, so I thought I’d share this with you.

This was one of those videos that changed my world again in the best way. Thank you for sharing these insights! I’m so grateful for your videos and your self reflections and the fact that you share them so eloquently. The idea of seeking (and that bar hopping scenario I felt in my bones) and needing being repellant is like off the charts helpful to see clearly. Thank you thank you!

Hi Jenny! I don’t usually comment but I wanted to thank you for sharing the PCOS mila mend segment, as it truly helped me feel less alone while I’m in the thick of a pretty severe PMDD season and struggling with triggering dark thoughts. The medical system has failed me and others that don’t experience this don’t seem to understand how my hormone dysregulation can dramatically impact mood, energy, and peace within your own body. Thank you for sharing the resources you’ve been learning and talking about it in general !
    Feels like divine timing!

Ahhhh so sorry to hear you’re struggling with this and totally relate on feeling helpless, and like the help out there isn’t working! Also - check out Elix perhaps if you are struggling with PMDD as well, or the extreme mood swings w hormone fluctuations. I found them sometime last year and was so pleasantly surprised on how much it helped the extreme dark thoughts before getting my period that had gotten really bad and like clockwork! Might be worth a try! Really finding that herbs have been so so so helpful.

I am loving the talk about hormonal health!! My best friend has PCOS and she told me new research came out about increasing cinnamon intake daily helps with hormonal PCOS symptoms and helps regulates blood sugar ❤ I also switched from coffee to matcha/hojicha which has helped me personally with my overall health and wellbeing! I also have struggled with insomnia, and I’ve found cbd gummies and sleep teas such as chamomile, pukka nighttime, and Celestial brand sleepytime extra tea (the valerian root knocks me out) have helped me lots, as well has having a new cat to cuddle with. Been loving these vlogs so much, and especially resonated with ‘ when you finally release the need for things is when they come’ ! Thank you for sharing :)

JENNY! I can relate 10000% when you mentioned this thing with nyc and trying to find the right bar with your group of friends. I had friends like this in my early 20s (also im the same age as you and we kinda have same interests/ ways of seeing life) This happens also when im not really good with the phase of my life...trying to find the best next spot and you end up feeling empty inside, which is the worst.

I don’t remember which video this came from, maybe this one. When you talked about the analogy of experiencing a dull ache vs a sharp pain, it really struck a chord. It helped me end a relationship that has been in my life for a long long time, and it’s helped me put so much into perspective with it. I ended it feeling confident and free. Just wanted to say thank you for your words and that this series has been exceptional. ♥️

i think i can relate in a way. started solo travel last year to find independence and seek people out in hopes for friendship. met friends and connected with them and thought "is that it?". watching this vlog made me realize perhaps i should stop the notion of desperately seeking and let things flow. let the universe run its course and things thats for me will find me. to let myself enjoy the moment and trust the universe.
