Back in the day, we all thought Orochimaru would end up being some grand villain at the end of the series. The early arcs im part 1 sometimes made it seem that way.

The “grass ninja” were orochimaru’s servants. Gaara killed dosu, and orochimaru killed the other two after they lost the chunin exams and used their bodies to summon tobirama and hashirama. Dosu’s body probably would have been minato’s if sarutobi didn’t stop him from getting summoned.
I used to think that sasuke from future theory was absurd and imposible but now watching boruto it could’ve been a reality

The theory about orochimaru couldve been true cuz in japanese mithology theres a giant snake with 8 heads called Yamata No Orochi.

Moreover, according to some sources, bijuu is based on real japanese mythology, the nine gods of war. In fact, some of them are completely different from Naruto's version, I guess Kishimoto changed some of it, like sanbi should be a shark, yonbi should be a snake headed rooster, or, as I said before, the eight tails should be an eght headed snake, yamata no orochi.

1. Look at Minato, I see why they came to that conclusion.
2. In a sense, Pain IS Naruto's brother through having Jiraiya as a mentor, but it's actually his cousin.
3. Orochimaru turned into the Yamata-no-Orochi, the 8 headed 8 tailed snake demon, and Itachi sealed him away with the Totsuka blade, Kishimoto recreated a Japanese myth.
4. The last coffin told me that Tobi wasn't Madara. He had to be shook because Kabuto showed him Madara's corpse, that led me to thinking that Tobi is someone with close connection to Madara like Izuna.
Your second point contradicts itself. "Pain IS Naruto's Brother - but it's actually his cousin"...... So basically NO, Pain isn't at all Naruto's Brother. Distant counsin yes, they are in the same clan but that doesn't make them Brothers. They don't share parents. Pain's parents weren't Kushina or Minato.

Long time ago,before I heard Nagato's full story, I used to think that Yahiko killed Nagato and took his eyes and that Yahiko changed his name into Pain. (Sounds stupid😂😅.)

Kabuto being Sai's older brother would have been interesting. And that Naruto was the leader of the Akatsuki from the future or Sasuke being Tobi from the future. Since time travel was confirmed in Boruto, these theories don't sound as dumb

Time travel being confirmed in Boruto is the equivalent to time travel being confirmed before it in that 1 Naruto Shippuden movie when Naruto gets sent back in time during a mission and meets Minato.

Pain can't be Naruto's brother since hes older than Minato. Yahiko, Nagato and Konan as kids were Jiraiya's first students later when they grew up Jiraiya took Minato as his student .
I never thought about how old they were. Yahiko is a corpse puppet, Nagato is withered from the gedo statue, and Konan still looks young. They should only be 10 years or so younger than Jiraiya, right?
Just did some research. Nagato is 5 years younger than Minato... Also Yahiko was 15 when he died, technically making Naruto "older" when they fought.

Somehow I can remember me and my buddies and a good number of people back in the day actually theorised that Tobi was Obito. Because of that left eye and that Tobi was partially an anagram of Obito. We were so convinced until he just went super saiyan. Even so I always held the hope he might be Obito and how shocked I was. The good ol' days before Naruto became ninjas vs aliens.
