In some cfbc boiler starting logic is ID- SA- PA and in some other it is ID-PA-SA. Generally SA is started before PA to avoid nozzle chockage from bed material by flidization if PA started ahead of SA. How it was avoided in boiler when PA fan is started first.( Particularly in thermal boiler)
