The money comes in four installments. The process takes ten days after that the scholarship amount starts coming in.

Last year, one of the student did go for normal ielts though had similar marks in UKVI.

I am sorry, but I won't be able to provide a quick response over this querry as I didn't get the full scenario.
Italian nationality is usually given after ten years of Residence.
Phds are free and you get paid from the government.

@asadunchained sir I might be wrong and would love to be corrected from someone who lives there and has the real insights but personally from what I have researched and heard from people is that Italys condition is in a worsening state with a recession hit economy and people earning minimum wages its really tough there.
