Great sound! That's the way the Triumph's and BSA'a sounded in the 60's and 70's.
ive watched this video countless times & ended up ordering a set. it was shipped to australia in 7 days, fits good and sounds brutal!! picked up power even before tuning it.

yeah goes heaps harder, get it tuned to as well to make it better again, im a heavy guy 110kg and i got a 13.7 down the 1/4 compared to the 14.5 it did last time

I just received mine. Took a little longer than expected to get here ( they are busy), but worth the wait. Installed both within 20min. To be honest, this video doesn’t do them justice. They sound better...... and louder than you’d think!

I fell in love with the tone of the exhaust. Was planning on getting a triumph just to get this exact sound.. unfortunately those exhaust are illegal in California 😭 would pay the price to get it anyway. 😉

Unless he refuses to sell them to you, yes, you can get them. Not sure where the "illegal in Ca." came from but it probably refers to "off road use only". I've had such pipes on many of my bikes and have never once been questioned. Fortunately, we don't (yet) have to have bikes inspected in Ca. like many other states do.
Saul Gonzalez Sorry i wasn't aware that California has no strict laws on exhaust. we may have strict laws on gun control though lol i just purchased a Yamaha FZ8 last month i will be installing a loud exhaust due to that. Explains why Harleys are soooo loud around here haha cheers and best of luck with your install!

Not bad. But until you’ve changed the header pipes you’re only halfway there. I installed a pair of BellaCorse TRUE duals....no crossover....and a pair a Togas. That combined with proper jetting and snorkel removal has completely TRANSFORMED my 2004 Bonnie, in sound AND performance.

I've got some really cheap pipes which sound like that but they are just too loud for the street so I use my semi loud Feked pipes.

you could try it and see how it runs buts its not a bad idea to get it checked and re-mapped if needed.

No you don't need to remap. After fitting start the bike and just let it run at idle till the fan on the radiator kicks in. The CPU will remap for you with just a change of pipes.
Is that true for all triumphs? I have a 2014 t100
@@soulchurch8526 I think so, at least for those between 2009 and 2015, like ours. I ended up changing my whole exhaust system for a set of D&Ds, so I decided to remap. It is not difficult, you just need to download TuneECU on Windows and you’ll also need an OBD cable. Just be careful, check the specs of the cable you’ll need and be sure to save a copy of your original map, just in case you eventually decide to put those stock pipes on 😉
