Hi Henrik. You know I use to watch Chris do these years ago.( absolute zero I think was his youtube channel) I always loved how he would play. You kinda took up the torch and your play thous are outstanding! If I was stranded on an island and could only have 1 game this would be it but it would have to be the BTS content love the Rise and Fall mod. You sir have a great day and thank you for the upload!
Yes I definitely enjoy Chris's style of gameplay, watched all his videos myself too and that was how I first got to immortal. Although if you want to beat deity it's probably better to learn from Lain since he's flawless
@@henrik9658 Yeah, I started following gameplays on YT from AZ and then Lain. IMHO AZ was better at involving you into the gameplay, kind of a better commentary. On the other side Lain as you said plays a flawless Civ 4, almost no error in every video, but not so amusing to follow.
Henrik is the ultimate mix of commentary/amusement/perfect gameplay.
Best Civ4 streamer on the tube so far.

@iofaccioitubi I think AZ is entertaining because of how reckless he is. I feel like I remember him saying in one video that all he really knows is cottage>lib>win, so he just goes hard and hopes. Lain is extremely careful and seems to know every single part of the game inside and out.
I loved watching Chris because of how he seems to enjoy the game and his upbeat tone (in the early days)

Henrik is the best of both worlds. Loads of content. And best of all, different plays. You don't shy away from playing lower difficulties, spicing things up with different maps & challenges and just playing stuff you enjoy; which in turn makes it more enjoyable for us to watch and indulge with
Love to see you still playing that greatest game of all time so far. Would like to watch you try the BASE Mod, as I'm playing it with my friends once a week. In our opinion its even spicier than the VanillaBTS. Cheers!
very glad you're playing deity, seems like ages ago. immortal victory seems to be never in doubt when you play it, bit unexciting to watch therefore. I think Deity is really your level, not much reason to play anything below it, except when using better AI mod (hoping to see more videos of yours with that mod, btw).
Immortal is fun because it's hard due to map circumstances or tough starts that need to be played carefully rather than pumped up AI and cancer barbarians, but yes a lot more catch-up potential on immortal making it a lot more hopeful. Deity always has that feeling where you don't know if you can even win or not
@@henrik9658 How do you ensure those tough circumstances on immortal though? You won't know until you're an hour or so into the game, right? I tried forcing it by using Charly, NTT, Fast Speed, and got a hilled low food start near the tundra, but still won without any real challenge. And I'm not as good a player as you, I've only been playing for 3 or so years and my cuirassier attack dates are never before 1000 AD. Never pulled off an elepult attack. I could go on, but I'm sure you're a better player than I. Only i take a lot more time, about 20-25 hours per game, so i make fewer micromistakes than you, but those aren't that important .

Not sure, but I think it would be better for you if you keep Catherine around somehow. There is no better way to bond than hating the same leader together. Without her he may start to think about the stuff he doesn’t like about you. 😂
