He’s looking fitter than he has in a while. Good to see him looking after himself. It’s not easy to stay motivated and keep fit as you age. But good on him.
You can hear bits of Axl's past voice between verses, like even tho he´s not in his prime anymore he still has one hell of a vocal range, just not as powerful as before, but still great considering the lifestyle he had and of course age.

Axl's voice was always about angst and rage, IMO. You can't expect a 50/60 year old to scream like banshee, like when he was in his twenties. It's nice to see Axl looking better and singing in a range he can maintain... and the band back together. :)

@@spankyfield1743 no, si le haria mal cantar de esa manera ya se hubiese hecho mierda desde antes, el cantar como lo hace él demanda mucha cantidad de energia, a medida que pasan los años su fuerza corporal se perdió por obvias razones, antes era facil de mantener al ser joven, igualmente si entrena y recupera forma fisica estaria muy cerca de cantar como antes, no se hace mal las cuerdas vocales porque sabe como usarlas, Dio cantó toda su vida, ser viejo no te impide cantar bien, el mantenerte en forma si lo determina. Si prestas atencion hay partes donde ya está cansado, dependerá de él volver un poco a lo que era antes

Compared to another video of Axl singing sweet child o mine in 2017, this one is way better. Although he cant reach the super high notes anymore he still nails the iconic parts of the song and he has better vocal control.
