I am only about 3 monts post big chop so my hair is the same length as yours . Thanks sooooo much for the tips on how I can braid my hair!
The braider definitely had to start the extensions at the roots so the style can last a bit without slipping out. I feel you on wanting a style because of the so soon change of big chopping..keep thriving ✨
I was thinking the same thing as someone who has "big chopped" at least 10x for fun. I mean buzz cut short at least 5 of those times, and I do my hair so I know what it's like to do knotless on short hair. Gotta start adding the hair really close to the root or I won't get the braid to stay

It’s the length for me and what’s the name of the hair? Love the colour and curls but I thought the curly waves would be more defined at the end, but the final result turned out to be so beautiful

The braids are gorgeous as are you. If she had done waist length as requested, she could have shaved off another 90 minutes of braiding time lol.

Probably cause your hair was slippery and shrinking after adding product for the first protective style. I’m guessing
