Respected sir / medam ,my self pilli Mahesh and iam from Telangana state,belongs to obc non creamy layer category,, you are issued a mandatory thing that candidate must have to upload non creamy layer certificate in pg application form during application for admission in pg University of Hyderabad if he/she belongs to non creamy layer but officers in my district/division/madal are busy in their election duties ,,so I have applied for non creamy layer certificate as in the format of government of India which is mentioned in HCU website ,,but the querry is the officers are unavailable until the election completed,, so at present I have state government isuued Community certificate so the application deadline was on may 15 so what can I do sir/medam please respond me sir 🙏 kindly requesting,,give me a solution sir please sir
