Even there's a lot of boruto characters and awakenings missing: ishiki, borushiki, urashiki, kawaki karma lvl 2, Boro giant form, Deepa, Vikta, Amado, Code, Ao, katasuke, Shin Uchiha, Mirai, Sumire and Nue, kakashi with shiden, one-eyed Sasuke, Shinki, the new 5 kages, Ino the last, toneri, shikamaru hiden
Update: Apparently, there has been some accusation that AI has been used to record new dialogue for the game. That isn't coming from just fans. This is also coming from some official voice actors as well. Kawaki's actor had actually used an AI detector and found some generated AI in the game. Naruto's official dub actor said that She is not responsible for the recordings currently in the game And said that no Naruto director anime or the video games would ever tell her to voice in that way., and no additional casting has been taken place for the game. It is noted that Union games, which Naruto connection storms fall under, that no AI should be used at all, which makes it illegal and violates so many contracts. Bandai Namco has not made a response yet
Okay, if anybody is looking for an explanation why some of the voices sound not right like the last couple of games, it's because of the game. Being at a higher frame rate than the original releases, that is what makes the animation move a lot faster than originally attended. So they have to re-record the dialogue to match up better. And having so many actors to come back to record the same voice lines for dub. Again And some recast is at the top of that, too. Then audio balancing and mixing All of that in time of the release.. It's understandable that quality control was difficult. That being said, a lot of these new takes are not good ( some are, tho so a mixed bag, really). Hopefully, they can remedy that in a patch. If there's enough complaining to be honest, I don't know if that's possible, but I could be wrong. At best, I can see them. Just bring an option to switch on the old dialogue if they want to. Excluding the new dialogue for the new animation, of course.

The voice acting doesnt sound real
I’m curious to know if the voice acting is weird because Japanese don’t really know English and so it causes voice actors to deliver there lines wrong. Sonic adventure and many afterwards have the same issues
It’s also possible that the lines are more accurate now since Japanese isn’t a 1 to 1 translation to English. Certain things have to change in order to fit different places and beliefs

Well, with my guess, they either rushed the redub or the company decided that this sounded better since voice actors don't get to choose according to one in an interview

I am convinced that they wasted their budget on redubbing the voices for each character, and they couldn’t even spare enough as the acting sounds atrocious.
Do a Storm 4 dlc as a full price game isn't enough, they are literally incapable to do what they're doing for the last 10 years in dub

The VA's had to speed up the lines to match the new 60fps quality and lipflaps and because of that, the delivery suffered, plus the VA's haven't played the characters in a while
It's normal that I bought the pack for 160€ and I don't have Naruto's 20th birthday outfits or Kakashi without his mask 😭
