    Love all your videos. Have you ever considered having tours on your farm? I'm a homeschooling mom and we have been able to visit regenerative farms and my kids love it. It's a great way to get community involvement in growing and supporting local food.

      Thank you for the kind words! We are absolutely open to tours but we recommend stopping by after winter passes. It’s difficult to understand the full scope of things while animals are in the barn.

    3 hours smoke 2 hours wrapped 1 hour of bbq sauce in the smoker, 321 ribs. Fall off the bone tender. I love an offset smoker as it really puts the flavor in the meat. I have a pit boss pellets style now and it can't touch offset!!

      This thing is really growing on me. I had to look high and low to find one. It seems everyone wants those pellet smokers these days.

      Yea the wife bought me this one for Christmas, it will cook but it really can't touch off set.

    Are you familiar with Plantation Hogs? They are a small pig that does very well on pasture and are not nearly as destructive as other breeds. They have that succulent heritage flavor and are a great size for roasting whole.

    Commercially raised pork just can't hold a candle to home grown heritage pork. Not even the same animal!
