A shame about all the grafitti. Nice part of the city. I've only seen the new bit down by the waterfront which is not nice.

Some of those walls do need decoration... but not like THAT. I guess some antisocial people figure building owners are always rich and never financially burdened. The selfish need for recognition, plus relieving boredom and anger, takes priority over consequences for anyone else. They don't care if the rest of us think it's repulsive, because we don't matter.
