Sir, I have a doubt, When we calculate value of firm using FCF Approach, We deduct total fixed asset employed in the business and not yearly change.. But when we calculate Value of New Strategy, We have to deduct net change of fixed asset ,year on year, caused by adopting new strategy and not Total Fixed asset employed
🙏🙏 sirji very nice explained I have query personal my parents have shares of ganesh bank of kurundwad which later merged in fedral bank in 2004 .I approached bank for shares amount .they told me come after 13 years.after 14yrs apprroached fedral bank .managers. Said come with stamp papers signed .he will give only cash payment and not for dematerializing shares .sir I have dought. How can it be even we have not received a single rupee as dividend last 16yrs. Sir I searched on Google for .mean while fedral has split shares .that also not getting. For what paper I should ask for .please help🙏🙏🙏🙏
sir i have one doubt plz sir explain it....sir , in question number 15 (time;41;16)this is the case of amalgamtion in the nature of merger because ques saying that all assets and liab are taken over at book value i.e. reserves also taken over and diff in taken over entry trf to GENERAL RESERVE...but same line is given in ques number 26 (time;1;39) all assets and liab taken over at book value ....but in this question you solve it like amalgamation in the nature of purchase i.e. reserve of vendor company not take over and also diff is trf to capital reserve ....why sir ....plz🙏explain

Doesn't Matter Rohit.. Capital Reserve at the End falls under Common head of Reserves and Surplus. You can directly record it as Reserves and Surplus instead of Specifically Mentioning the Capital Reserves
