Definitely picking up that steamer, I'm traumatized after I stayed at my friend's place and used his iron to puff steam onto one of my favorite shirts before going out. Rather than a nice cloud of steam when I pressed the button it just sputtered burning hot water onto my fine viscose shirt, instantly warping and discoloring the fabric it landed on. Felt like crying lmao, never again
I don't really know what It's like in the USA in terms of temperature, but in Germany I'm already sweating the hell out of me with these temperatures we have, so it was kinda Sad to see nothing but the Cap that was new and/or interesting for me. But even so Great vid Like Always, keep the good wirk Up, stay healthy and greetings from Germany
Love the pickups especially the Levi’s cargos and the 559 look great on you, I recommend you try to get the workwear fit, it’s honestly more comfortable with the stretch and the added durability really makes a difference and it’s great to have it with some boots but it really compliments some sneakers like my old skools and slip ons, also since you’re a vans fan I recommend you try the slate classics but do try a collab or the bmx old skool cause the collabs especially the krooked Natas collab I have are really interesting to have
I used to really like your videos but you lost me when you started promoting h & m and Amazon back to back. As a forward-thinking fashion influencer you should be concerned with durability (most of the stuff sold by h & m is disposable), and sustainability and not promote companies whose business model is based on modern-day slavery. No hate, just constructive criticism.
I appreciate the constructive criticism and I know I can always do better but also that statement comes from a very privileged lifestyle as well. Most people don’t understand what it’s like to live in poverty. Like POVERTY where you don’t know how you’re going to be able to eat that day. It’s how I grew up and it sucks. EDIT (and a lot of people grow up this way or continue to live that kind of lifestyle) Anything we could get that was new (most likely fast fashion) made us feel like we were doing okay. I’ve been a thrifter my entire childhood and was made fun of for it (now it’s cool). There’s absolutely a lot of things we can do better. (I personally don’t own a car and utilize public transportation to be more sustainable) but the people tossing this criticism out there should also try to understand and have empathy for people who didn’t grow up well off. You also have to ask “are people who shop on Amazon and H&M also bad people for using those services? What about those that drive cars that pollute the environment? As an influencer I will do a better job and if you want to skip out on my channel. I get it but I’m also looking out for people who grew up the way I did as well as those that have more income because I have been on both sides. I hope you can understand that.
Do y’all want to see more practical fashion products & tools along with clothing?
Yes please
Definitely
Absolutely, what's your arsenal for cleaning, what tools, how do you clean technical fabrics like gore/DWR
Yes having functional clothing is the best type of clothing because it’s nice and can serve in almost all scenarios
How about a cheap alternative series
