as far as i know it’s called a butterhead lettuce and its pretty common in europe
Truly gorgeous✨🌀 they’re not common in Canada ( I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever seen one before actually! ) but it was delicious and I’ll be enjoying lots of them while in Europe🙏🏻
It's so funny that you mention that the heat suppresses appetite. I live in a super hot place, and usually when we go anywhere cooler, like a hill station, we say "the cold makes you hungrier". :D :D

They’re so expensive if you take it regularly. Vitamin supplements are more affordable for many of us.
Agreed and I think with healthy balanced diet you don't really need vitamin supplements. B12 ofc if you're vegan and possibly vitamin D and iron, but those aren't even in AG1 and it's more likely to be deficient there than in the vitamins you'd get from fruit and veggies anyway. No hate on people who use it, but I find it a waste of money for me personally.
I agree- and there are more affordable supplements specifically geared for women- like extra selenium, iron, etc. I like the Garden of Life- Raw brand. Plus, you can just add more variety in your diet, to ensure you're getting the most vitamins & minerals. But- to each their own!

Looks beautiful! I miss living in central Europe and travelling to other countries very easily. That's a lot harder from Finland where I live now. But I'll got Denmark for a week at least this year. Next year hopefully some places I haven't been to like Czech republic :)

You should look into trusted house sitters for while traveling! It’s a great way to stay in people’s houses basically for free and all you have to do is watch their pets and house.

Hey Julia! I love you and your content, you always bring an smile on my face :) and I wanted to let you know something in case you weren't aware! We have a huge problem with Airbnb here in Spain, especially in the south. Banks and landlords know it gets them so much more money to put their apartment in Airbnb instead of renting them to locals, and with our salaries (median salary around 1.500 euros a month) we can't compete and we are getting priced out of our neighborhoods and towns. Again, not your fault! Just wanted to let you know the gentrification problem we have here so you are informed. Best regards

By the way, a pity not to have informed you about the most popular recipes of Andalusian cuisine; chickpeas with collard greens, asparagus with paprika, fried crumbs, fried peppers, eggplant with cane honey, alboronía (pumpkin and vegetable stew) salmorejo (cold and thick soup made with tomato, vinegar, oil and bread) hot garlic and much more. If you know how much reipes and plates there are on this region plenty of agricultural land do not hesitate to ask

Would you mind discussing if there is a language barrier? My fear of traveling is because I only speak English. I understand many people do in Europe but I would like to hear your experience.
Great question!! Of course there is a language barrier but for basic things you can definitely get by without to much stress ( ordering food and groceries for example ). For anything in depth having google translate to assist you is very helpful. You can get a Europe phone plan ( e-sim ) with some data, which is what I did 😊
There is even a comprehension barrier within Spanish, because the Spanish of Andalusia is a Spanish that cuts and reduces the letters and has a devilishly fast intonation.

You should research and learn more about the places before you make videos. It’s not very informative and feels like everything I checked on your channel kind of wasted my time. Just a friendly note for the future travel vids.
That's not her job though. She's just showing us her life as she experiences it. To me this is what travelling is, being yourself in a different setting.
