I'm pretty sure that Chase remembers reading the rules before he signed a lease to be there. He chooses to be arrogant and thinks that the rules shouldn't apply to him. Bethany has told him over and over about the parking rules. If he needs more than his alloted 4 spaces, he only needs to let Bethany know. And Chase doesn't even have to talk to her. Jennifer, as his assignment would be the one who would call Bethany to request a few more parking spaces. Honestly, at this time, I am surprised that they haven't forced Chase to leave because of his refusal to cooperate on parking spaces and trying to build something inside of his work space without permission

If that business has its rules legally you have to follow them even if they aren't fair and if you don't like the rules that are in the contract then you have to look for another office space that fits your business needs where you are more comfortable about the rules. I would have ever leased out the building with someone like her attitude anyway.
The parking does not make sense,,4 people for the type of business that he have,(in and out)plus parking a block away,plus,chance,his wife, the lawer,and the clerk at the front.that is 4 working there.,they have enough parking to give 4 more( if he is a good tenant( 5 year lease)be nice to the ones that are helping your business.

Well with KW skits they have become very predictable. The toughest characters like Ty becomes likable and totally different from how they were introduced. She has a black husband and now they'll begin to soften her image.
