Building Frame of the House by IGArchitects is a 60-square-meter residence designed to provide flexibility and connectivity for its occupants. Adopting the house of frame concept, this home eliminates rigid room divisions, replacing them with a single, dynamic open space. The structure utilizes tilted frame walls and staggered floor levels to create natural openings that bring in light and fresh air while maintaining privacy. Large openings replace conventional gardens or balconies, making the interior feel more spacious. Each floor serves multiple functions, acting as seating, a table, or storage, optimizing space efficiency. With this innovative design, a small urban home remains comfortable, bright, and functional, offering inspiration for future housing concepts.
