It’s an app that was really popular ~10 years ago where anyone could write a story and they post it by chapter. A lot of them were bad and really spicy and handful of them were made into movies (I think that the most famous example is After). Majority of the audience were teenagers (like myself back then) that ate up that kind of free content.
