John Carpenter knew what he was doing creating this score in three different ways for this 3 movie trilogy was brilliant. Have a safe Halloween you guys. I feel bad for Michael Myers. Here we had a 'man' who dedicated every second of his life to his one true passion. He was the best there ever was in his field. Halloween H20 was my first slasher film I saw and this music stuck in my head to this day. That was 20 years ago. Michael was the only slasher villain who scared me. The speech by dr. Lomis in the beginning of H20 scored with this music was so powerful. "I met this... six-year-old child with this blank, pale, emotionless face, and... the blackest eyes - the Devil's eyes." Goes to show how important it is to characterize your villains properly and how large part the score plays in creating the emotion around them. It is a shame that horror films in general seem to oppose the idea of powerful scores. Because the best ones have them. Like Halloween and Hellraiser for instance.

Good shit. I plan on making a worthy sequel to the original. 2018 was good but made silly mistakes. Kills was more entertaining than logical, it was ok. Ends was terrible.
Best of luck to ya, personally I loved all the films from this trilogy, but as somebody who’s working on a Micheal myers inspired project (it’s actually fnaf but one acts like Micheal myers) I really hope the best for ya

Bringing in a cast filled with great actors and the plan is to bring back the best Michael in JJC. If we can't bring him in i'll look for someone who can do Michael as good as Nick or JJC. Only looking for 6'3 flat actors for Mikey btw or I just might look for the guy who played as cameo Michael from 78 in Halloween Kills flashback scene, he was good. He also played as Michael in Mikey vs Jason in that fan film way back in 04-05. He looked way better in the movie tho. Searching for his height atm.
Ends was absolute dogshit, I liked Kills and 2018 was pretty good. If anyone could actually tolerate Ends though with that Yandere Simulator wannabe kid attempting to be a villain and giving me serious groomer vibes since his face appeared from first frame, I'd either commend them or recommend them to watch actually good horror movies. It was THAT bad. But hey, the newest Scream (and technically the actual third to the 1st since all the others are notorious and very-blatantly-stated spinoffs of the Scream universe) was wonderful!
