I got the Tank T3 Ultra, was pending between that and the T3 (regular), but the extra battery wasn't enough for me... I don't use GPS on the watch very often, but when I use it, it makes a difference.. On another note, i'm glad you stop that AI review stuff... I was getting a bit annoyed by that, since the main reason i subscribed to your channel is to hear you and not an AI review... Thank you.
Haha, I watched a UA-cam channel of a guy with a talking goldfish as a sidekick, so I thought I'd give a try with my own sidekick. I think there's a technique to getting it right. Besides, there's not much visual with Pi AI, just a talking voice. Appreciate the feedback.

Hello, could you explain how to calibrate the compass since I can't activate it?
was curious if the bands from the T2 and the M2 series will work the the New M3 and T3 series , if so this is a plus and if the dock chargers will work.

I had the tank m1 pro when it first came out and been in love ever since had bad money troubles for a while and couldn't spare anything for the t or m2. But im finally back on track amd just bought a t3 ultra. And can't wait for it to come in

The problem with kospet is their app. It's horrible.
Anything is better than DaFit.
I'm happy with the app, simple and straightforward. You just have to spend time to familiarize, the learning curve is a bit long.

It's a simple calendar, not one where you can add appointments, etc.
Just use your phone, for something like that.

hows the screen? is it sharp like galaxy watch 4 to 6?hows the software support?
I don't have a Galaxy Watch 4 or 6 to compare, but they look really sharp and easy to see outside in sunlight. As far as I know Kospet pushes out firmware updates to their watches when needed, so suport is OK.
what advice or what would you wear if you had to monitor your O2 blood levels constantly for 48 hours. My option at present is a patient monitor like the hospital use. I have samsung galaxy 4 classic on one wrist, garmin solar on the other. I must have bought at least 20 - 30 other health bands over the years. Even took your advice on the tic watch when it first came out. So i have the option of the finger ring, patient monitor as i said, i have the withings watch and blood pressure wifi band. But these are all press a button, after the event, im needing the readings before i pass out and while i'm passed out and when i come back around. I have it on video, as i have cameras on the inside, but i'm needing a way to get some sort of figures together without having to spend a week in hospital just to be monitored ... I know i know its not medical advise etc, its why i wear a few so we can get some sort of an idea, as long as i keep up with the samsung monthly calibration, it's pretty much on the money.

My best success was with the Spovan Blade, though it isn't made anymore. It correctly vibrated to wake me up if my SpO2 fell below a threshold I set in the HBand app. Many others in this Playlist do something similar, but don't seem to be sensitive enough to catch events regularly.
You might check the Circular Ring as an option. It has vibration in it and I've had success with SpO2 and rapid heart rate sensing: ua-cam.com/video/owa7t7mKc5c/v-deo.html

Are there any navigation and map capabilities? Can you track HRV?
Great questions. If you're looking for navigation like turn-by-turn directions, Google Maps, etc., then no. You would need an Android or WearOS style map. This one will follow your workout path and generate a track of your route with the on-board GPS. I'm pretty sure HRV is tracked and presented as Stress on a 0-100 scale rather than numerical HRV values.
If you clear a notification on the watch do you know if it also clears the notification on your phone?
Excellent review of some overall really great smartwatches. It's truly impressive how far these devices have come in such a short time to be a truly competitive alternative to devices like samsung or apple.
No it doesn't. And you're right, kospet is the best alternative and cost-competitive as well. Am happy with it.

I have video idea, the strat with a watch that has best UI like for a samrt watch.
I think you would find each watch UI shines in some areas and fails in others. Besides, they often change with frequent firmware updates, so that would be a hard project to take on successfully. Thanks for the suggestion though. It dovetails with looking at the 'best' tethering app and then choosing a watch that tethers to that app. Something really hard to figure out.

No, I don't think so on this one, but changing brightness is available by swiping down from the watch face.

Can you please do a water proof test....especially on these watches as they advertise this as being waterproof, but many people say it is barely water resistant. I think it will alleviate any questions on the watch.
I'm not really set up to do that on my UA-cam channel. From time to time I dunk a watch in 10 inches of water for 10 minutes or so, and yes, they all survive. What you're asking for testing 5ATM water resistance would require a diver to take these down into a deep pond. Like you though, I invite other UA-camrs with the time and equipment to do deep water testing (as well as dropping them, running over them, and otherwise torture testing them) so we can get a feel for the true ruggedness of the Kospet 2024 smartwatches.
@@SWT actually no, not the 5 ATM test....but a test in a bath tub would give us an idea. Hell put it on a fishing line and dunk that way.
Yeah as a general rule I just sort of roll my eyes whenever I see IP ratings on these watches. Some of them are just say priced so low it's hard to believe they would have been able to pay for that kind of certification.
Even if they technically have an IP rating it's not like the warranty covers water damage. Even on the largest brand name products water resistance still doesn't actually protect you if you actually have water damage when it comes to a warranty claim.
There are quite a few videos on UA-cam where you can watch a water test.
Don't be too confident. I had my bitter taste with Aquamarine, presumably one of the best in diving. Salt water seeped in and I'm now worried if it will be restored.
are they better than amazfit gtr and trex?
I think so, but everyone has their own opinion about that.

No, they left blood pressure monitoring off on the T3/M3 series of watches and added stress monitoring instead.

That one hit a real sweet spot among Android smartwatches. Perhaps that's why it's the only earlier Android watch still being made, especially with it's hi-res rotating camera.
Really like that but not waterproof?
No body temperature monitor, step counter not accurate, blood pressure monitor not accurate, laggy UI, no adaptive brightness,if you use AOD display will burn, over all great package I think.
Extras: no altitude meter, display refresh rate low 😅
