@@richardgomes3228 Bullshit, People making 120+k a year salary are being exploited like shit... They are paying some of the highest taxes and being worked longer than most others... Someone making 120k for example doesn't even get 100k in their hand, they are paying max social security contribution and are working more hours... that is 57.69 an hour. However, if you are working 16 hours a day you are only really making 28.84 an hour... It is common place in the tech industry to see people working crazy hours.... I worked for 10 years working between 12 to 18 hours a day and never had a month off for vacation... So, if you think making 150k some how exempts you from being exploited, that is bullshit...
Salaried workers already get paid a higher amount to compensate for working more hours. The last increase was under Trump, not the 1930's! This is only going to add to inflation ala $20 minimum wage in California. It's not fair to hourly workers who don't get overtime anyway. Hope it's defeated in the courts.
$35,500 is a high amount for a salaried employee?!!! At 70 hours a week, that's under $10/hr without overtime. Trump's rate setting was a decrease from what had been planned.
43k is still not enough. Should be 85k
🤣🤣🤣 Einstein yes, we should all be millionaires. Then hamburgers would cost $10,000 each.

January 1 it will be 1128 per week required which is close to 60k
National Right to Work legislation & universal tariff rates = lots of manufacturing jobs
Why not just get rid of salaries and make everything an hourly wage then?
No
Not everyone wants to be compensated by hours worked. Some feel more engaged when delivering results.
@@ElitePresence then maybe some people should stop complaining about their salaries not being enough? 🤷♂
This is not a new thing I was getting overtime pay as a salaried worker back in the 90's.
